ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนตุลาคม 2567 อยู่ที่ระดับ 89.1 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 87.1 ในเดือนกันยายน 2567 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น อยู่ที่ระดับ 98.4      เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนตุลาคม 2567 พบว่า ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นทุกองค์ประกอบ ทั้งคำสั่งซื้อโดยรวม ยอดขายโดยรวม ปริมาณการผลิต ต้นทุนประกอบการ (ผกผัน) และผลประกอบการ ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า ส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ยกเว้นดัชนียอดคำสั่งซื้อและยอดขายในต่างประเทศ      ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) สถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในหลายพื้นที่เริ่มคลี่คลาย 2) โครงการแจกเงิน 10,000 บาท ให้กับกลุ่The TISI for October 2024 stands at 89.1, an increase from 87.1 in September 2024, while the 3-month forward expectation index has risen to 98.4.      When analyzing the components of the Thai Industries Sentiment Index in October 2024, it is noted that all factors have increased, including overall orders, overall sales, production volume, operational costs (inversely related), and performance. Meanwhile, the 3-month forward expectation index has mostly increased, except for the indices of orders and sales for exports.      This month, there are positive factors from 1) the flooding situation in many areas beginning to ease; 2) a project to distribute 10,000 THB to vulnerable groups, positively impacting sales of consumer products, household appliances, agricultural equipment, and fertilizers; 3) commercial banks gradually reducing loan interest rates by 0.25%; 4) the tourism sector continuing to expand; 5) the export sector continuing to grow in line with global market demand and the need for products during the Christmas and New Year festivals; and 6) a reduction in freight rates for shipping goods on key routes.      However, there are also negative factors from 1) domestic purchasing power remaining weak due to rising living costs, while household debt issues continue to remain high; 2) the flooding situation during September and October; 3) construction materials being affected by the slowdown in the real estate sector; 4) the influx of cheap foreign products into the market; 5) fluctuations in exchange rates; and 6) tension in the Middle East.

     ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) สถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในหลายพื้นที่เริ่มคลี่คลาย 2) โครงการแจกเงิน 10,000 บาท ให้กับกลุ่มเปราะบาง ส่งผลดียอดขายสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค เครื่องใช้ในบ้าน และอุปกรณ์การเกษตร และปุ๋ยเคมี 3) ธนาคารพาณิชย์ ทยอยปรับลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ลง 0.25% 4) ภาคการท่องเที่ยว ขยายตัวต่อเนื่อง 5) ภาคการส่งออกขยายตัวต่อเนื่องตามอุปสงค์ในตลาดโลกและจากความต้องการสินค้าในช่วงเทศกาลคริสต์มาสและปีใหม่ 6) อัตราค่าระวางเรือ (Freight rate) ขนส่งสินค้าปรับตัวลดลง ในเส้นทางสำคัญ
     อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยลบจาก 1) กำลังซื้อในประเทศยังอ่อนแอ จากค่าครองชีพที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น ขณะที่ปัญหาหนี้ครัวเรือนยังทรงตัวอยู่ในระดับสูง 2) สถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในช่วงเดือนกันยายนและตุลาคม 3) สินค้าวัสดุก่อสร้าง ได้รับผลกระทบจากการชะลอตัวของภาคอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 4) สินค้าราคาถูกจากต่างประเทศเข้ามาทุ่มตลาด 5) ความผันผวนของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน 6) สถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดในตะวันออกกลาง
