ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2568 อยู่ที่ระดับ 93.4 ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 91.6 ในเดือนมกราคม 2568 ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้าปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น เช่นกัน อยู่ที่ระดับ 97.6 เพิ่มขึ้นจาก ระดับ 96.2 The TISI in February 2025 stands at 93.4, an increase from 91.6 in January 2025, while the 3-month forward expectation index has similarly risen to 97.6, up from 96.2.

     เมื่อพิจารณาองค์ประกอบของดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2568 พบว่า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวลดลง ขณะที่ดัชนีคาดการณ์ 3 เดือนข้างหน้า องค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นเช่นกัน ยกเว้น ยอดคำสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศ ยอดขายจากต่างประเทศ และ ต้นทุนการประกอบการ (ผกผัน) ที่ปรับตัวลดลง

ในเดือนนี้มีปัจจัยบวกจาก 1) การปรับลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบาย ร้อยละ 0.25 จาก ร้อยละ 2.25 เป็นร้อยละ 2.00 ต่อปี ของกนง. 2) ขยายระยะเวลามาตรการคุณสู้เราช่วย 3) มาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจ 4) การเร่งเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณของภาครัฐโดยเฉพาะโครงการก่อสร้างของภาครัฐ 5) ภาคการท่องเที่ยวเติบโตต่อเนื่อง 6) การค้าชายแดนขยายตัว

อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยลบจาก 1) การส่งออกรถยนต์มีแนวโน้มลดลง 2) สภาพอากาศที่แปรปรวน 3) ความขัดแย้งระหว่างยูเครนและรัสเซียที่ยังยืดเยื้อ 4) มาตรการปรับขึ้นภาษีนำเข้าของสหรัฐฯ ส่งผลให้สินค้าจีนทะลักเข้าสู่ไทยเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่อง
The TISI in February 2025 stands at 93.4, an increase from 91.6 in January 2025, while the 3-month forward expectation index has similarly risen to 97.6, up from 96.2.

     Upon examining the components of the Thai Industries Sentiment Index in February 2025, it is found that most components have risen, with operational costs (inverse) decreasing. In addition, for the 3-month forward expectation index, most components have also increased, except for orders from abroad, sales from abroad, and operational costs (inverse) which have decreased.

This month has positive factors from 1) a reduction in the policy interest rate by 0.25% from 2.25% to 2.00% per annum by the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC); 2) extension of the Khun So Ra Chai measures; 3) economic stimulus measures; 4) acceleration in public expenditure, particularly in public construction projects; 5) continuous growth in the tourism sector; and 6) expansion in border trade.

However, there are still negative factors from 1) a decreasing trend in automobile exports; 2) variable weather conditions; 3) the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia; and 4) the import tax increase measures by the United States, resulting in a continuous influx of Chinese goods into Thailand.
