รายละเอียดงานJob Description
- บริหารงานโครงการ จัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการ เขียนโครงการ และจัดสรรงบประมาณโครงการได้ อาทิ โครงการพัฒนานโยบายการจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์ฯ, โครงการส่งเสริมการจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์กับเครือข่าย EPR Network เป็นต้น - จัดทำมาตรฐานการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ (Eco Design) และการพัฒนาการตรวจสอบบรรจุภัณฑ์ตามมาตรฐาน โดยรวบรวมข้อมูล Guideline, มาตรฐาน Eco Design บรรจุภัณฑ์จากประเทศต่าง ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาเป็นมาตรฐานของประเทศไทย - วิเคราะห์ห่วงโซ่คุณค่าบรรจุภัณฑ์ (value chain) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานการจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์ - ติดต่อ และประสานงานกับองค์กรต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการดำเนินการของบประมาณสนับสนุนโครงการต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ - สรุปและวิเคราะห์ผลงานโครงการของสถาบันฯ แล้วจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลเพื่อเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการ - งานผู้แทนสถาบันฯ ร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการ คณะทำงาน ร่วมประชุมและให้ข้อคิดเห็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์ - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- Manage projects, develop project proposals, write project plans, and allocate project budgets, such as the development of packaging management policy projects, the promotion of packaging management with the EPR Network, etc. - Develop Eco Design packaging standards and develop packaging inspection criteria according to standards by collecting guideline information and Eco Design packaging standards from various countries for the development of Thailand's standards. - Analyze the packaging value chain to guide the development of the infrastructure system for packaging management. - Contact and coordinate with various organizations, including the implementation of budgets to support various projects both domestically and internationally. - Summarize and analyze the project's performance of the institute and prepare summary reports for presentation to the committee. - Represent the institute as a member of committees, working groups, participate in meetings, and provide feedback related to packaging management. - Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครQualifications
- อายุ 30-40 ปี - วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ, อุตสาหกรรมเกษตร, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, เศรษฐศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์โครงการ งานวิจัย หรือโครงการนวัตกรรม 3 - 5 ปี - มีทักษะในการประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ - มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการด้านเทคโนโลยี - สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้ - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีความอดทนต่อแรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหา- Age 30-40 years - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Biotechnology, Agricultural Industry, Engineering, Industrial Economics, or related fields. - Experience in project analysis, research, or innovation projects for 3-5 years. - Skills in coordination and collaboration with various agencies. - Ability to use academic English related to technology. - Willingness to travel for work in other provinces. - Attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, good stress tolerance, and problem-solving skills.
