วิสัยทัศน์
เป็นกลไกเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในการเชื่อมโยงภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยสู่เศรษฐกิจโลก ขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศเพื่อ ขยายตลาด เปิดโอกาสทางการค้าและการลงทุน และยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างบทบาทของประเทศไทยในฐานะ ฐานการผลิตและศูนย์กลางห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่สำคัญของโลก
พันธกิจ
- ขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการลงทุนระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อเปิดตลาด ขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจ และเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย
- ผลักดันและส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากความตกลงการค้าเสรี (FTA) โดยรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และผลักดันข้อเสนอของภาคอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อประกอบการเจรจาและกำหนดท่าทีด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยได้รับประโยชน์จากความตกลงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
- ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลกระทบจากนโยบาย กฎระเบียบ และมาตรการทางการค้าระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อสนับสนุนการกำหนดนโยบายและท่าทีของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย และเตรียมความพร้อมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกติกาการค้าโลก
- เสริมสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กับภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สภาธุรกิจ และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาพันธมิตรทางเศรษฐกิจและขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือที่ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย
- เชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการไทยสู่ตลาดและห่วงโซ่อุปทานโลก ผ่านกลไกส่งเสริมการค้า การลงทุน การจับคู่ธุรกิจ และเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจและยกระดับการเชื่อมโยงของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยกับเศรษฐกิจโลก
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของหน่วยงาน
- ประสานและขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการลงทุนระหว่างประเทศ กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และหน่วยงานต่างประเทศ เพื่อเปิดตลาดและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจให้แก่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และผลักดันข้อเสนอของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในการเจรจา FTA รวมทั้งประสานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จาก FTA และแก้ไขอุปสรรคทางการค้า
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์นโยบาย กฎระเบียบ และมาตรการทางการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ประเมินผลกระทบต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม และจัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อประกอบการกำหนดนโยบายและท่าทีของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย
- เสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สภาธุรกิจ และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงขับเคลื่อนกรอบความร่วมมือภาคเอกชนระหว่างประเทศ
- จัดและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการค้า การลงทุน และการสร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ อาทิ Business Matching, Business Forum และคณะผู้แทนภาคธุรกิจ รวมถึงส่งเสริมการเชื่อมโยงธุรกิจผ่านสภาธุรกิจและเครือข่ายระหว่างประเทศ

Vision
To be a strategic mechanism in linking the Thai industrial sector to the global economy, driving international economic cooperation to expand markets, create trade and investment opportunities, and enhance the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector, while strengthening Thailand's role as a vital production base and supply chain center in the world.
Mission
- Drive economic, trade, and investment cooperation between countries to open markets, expand business opportunities, and enhance the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector.
- Promote and enhance the utilization of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) by collecting, analyzing, and advocating for industrial sector proposals to inform negotiations and establish trade positions, as well as to ensure Thai entrepreneurs benefit concretely from these agreements.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the impact of policies, regulations, and international trade measures to support the formulation of policies and positions for the Thai industrial sector and prepare for changes in global trade rules.
- Strengthen and expand international cooperation networks with governments, the private sector, business councils, and international organizations to develop economic partnerships and drive collaboration that benefits the Thai industrial sector.
- Connect Thai entrepreneurs to global markets and supply chains through trade promotion mechanisms, investment, business matching, and international cooperation networks to create business opportunities and enhance the integration of the Thai industrial sector with the global economy.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Agency
- Coordinate and drive economic, trade, and investment cooperation between countries with government agencies, the private sector, and foreign entities to open markets and create business opportunities for the Thai industrial sector.
- Collect, analyze, and advocate for industrial sector proposals in FTA negotiations and coordinate relevant agencies to promote the use of FTAs and resolve trade barriers.
- Monitor and analyze policies, regulations, and international trade measures, assess their impacts on the industrial sector, and prepare data to support the formulation of policies and positions for the Thai industrial sector.
- Strengthen international cooperation networks with government agencies, the private sector, business councils, and international organizations, including driving frameworks for private sector cooperation internationally.
- Organize and support trade promotion, investment, and international business networking activities, such as Business Matching, Business Forums, and delegations from the business sector, as well as promote business linkage through business councils and international networks.
